Cabot Office Machines, Inc. opened for business in August 1976 marketing & servicing calculators, typewriters and selling office supplies. Cash registers and copy machines were added to the line of marketed office equipment in 1979 and computers were added in 1983. In 1994 Cabot Office Machines, Inc. became an authorized Gestetner dealer and shortly there after, a member of the RICOH FAMILY GROUP selling the Gestetner branded products. In 2007 the Gestetner name, in the U.S., was retired by Ricoh Americas in a company wide realignment of marketing & support channels. All authorized Gestetner dealers officially became LANIER dealers. LANIER is owned by RICOH, as was Gestetner, thus equipment integrity, dealer and customer support are unchanged. In 2023 RICOH made the decision to sunset the Lanier brand and transition to one RICOH brand.
Cabot Office Machines, Inc. serves accounts in the cities of Cabot, Searcy, Jacksonville, North Little Rock, Little Rock, Beebe, Ward, Benton & Bryant and surrounding areas. RICOH products marketed and supported are B&W digital MFPs, Color digital MFPs, B&W and Color printers, Scanners, Wide Format equipment and E-solutions. Technical staff and sales staff are trained, certified and supported by the manufacturer.
A full compliment of Office Supplies and Accessories can be purchased direct in our store at 219 E. Main Street, Cabot, AR, or soon you can order ONLINE via our web catalog. Suppliers include SP Richards, Horizon USA, Wholesale Office and HON. Some other ‘in-store’ services provided are ‘made to order self-inking stamps’, personalized address or business cards, sending or receiving faxes and making B&W, Color or Wide Format copies.
